To love your life you have to love yourself first 💖 That’s why self love is a major key to creating (“manifesting”) the life you love.

Don’t rely too much on anyone or anything else for your happiness. It is a state of being and only you can get you there. Being happy magnetizes things that are in alignment with your highest self and that bring you peace 🙏

For example my emotions will tell me I want a yellow sundress and that will make me happy.. and it will for a moment. When I buy it, when I wear it. If I believe that happiness is outside of me then I will keep looking for the next thing to bring it to me. It’s really how you feel about yourself on a deeper level 💖

Co-creating my reality ☺️💖 I do this by planning it backwards.. Something I learned from

✨My dream is to be where I want, with who I want, when I want.

A year ago this was not possible. I was working full time and a single mom to a busy toddler.

I knew if I was gona make my dream the reality, something had to change. My action plan to achieve this then became, to scale my business.

This was a BIG investment of energy, time and money (that was so limited back then)

But I believed it was worth it. If I ever wanted to make my dream the reality, I had to step up & make it happen.

Every month I broke down my goals into 3 action steps until they were achieved. I still use this method!

Now I have a business that I love that also gives me space and freedom. Now my dream is my reality 🙏

I took responsibility for my outcomes in life and made choices day to day to support my desires. I rewrote beliefs and changed my habits to make it possible for me to build my empire & hit a higher potential in my business, emotions, mindset, energy, spirituality, and then the physical reflected my inner work- I saw it in my body, my money, and my reality 💃🏼

So plan it backwards- where do you want to be in 5, 10 years? What would being there look like? What are things that support it, that you can start creating now? What changes will that require? What support will you need to stick to the plan and succeed?
