Let’s take a moment to celebrate Manon 🎉

She’s been working with me for just over a year and is absolutely crushing it. At 65+, she’s stronger than ever, sleeping better, keeping up with her grandkids, and absolutely shredding it on the ski hill. Yes, shredding at 65.

She told me she can’t imagine life without her regular gym sessions now, and that the structure and feedback have been a huge part of what’s helped her stay consistent. That’s exactly why we do this!

Massive shoutout to my amazing client Kimm today! She has been absolutely crushing her home workouts and showing up with such consistency and dedication. I could not be prouder of her progress and mindset.

Kimm shared that she is loving her program and feeling confident with it. She mentioned how helpful it is to have so many options to adjust exercises when needed, and how much she appreciates the fast feedback and support. That makes my day to hear, because it is something I care deeply about.

I’m so proud of Patricia and the work we’ve been doing together over the past year. 💜

When she first reached out, she was mostly focused on fat loss — like most people are. But one of the biggest things I appreciate about her is how open she’s been to embracing every season of her fitness journey.

From pushing hard in a fat loss phase, to trusting the process during a build, to maintaining her progress without losing momentum — Patricia has done it all with patience and commitment.

This kind of long-term mindset is exactly what allows you to truly change your physique. It’s not always glamorous, and it’s not just about seeing the scale drop. Real progress comes when you lean into the full process, and Patricia has done that beautifully.

She’s put in the work, stayed curious, and asked great questions — all of which has allowed us to make steady, sustainable progress together.

Watching her grow both physically and mentally has been one of my favorite parts of this past year.

Client Spotlight!!

Maxine recently wrapped up her program and left me the kindest message. I am incredibly proud of how far she has come and even more proud of how she is continuing to succeed on her own.

Jennifer has been a part of The Natty Hour community for over 4 years now (on and off) and every time we reconnect, she comes back stronger, more self-aware, and more determined than ever.

I can honestly say I’m so proud of the growth she’s made, not just in the gym, but in her entire approach to fitness and life.

When she first came to me, she had already worked with other coaches, but like many people, she was handed generic meal plans that felt restrictive, repetitive, and completely unsustainable. It was all “chicken and broccoli,” no flexibility, no education, and no joy in the process.

But Jennifer was ready for something different.

Together, we built a program that worked for her life. She learned how to fuel her body with foods she actually enjoys, how to hit her goals without restriction, and most importantly… how to trust herself with food and training.
