We are sad to report that the ice tower at Big White is getting shut down. However, this is an excellent opportunity to own your own adventure tourism business if you have a place we can move it! It comes with all the equipment you need to set it up and get it running! The tower is 4x 50' larch poles minimum 12" diameter. 50x 10' 4"x10" fir beams. Yes the ice tower is open! No you can’t get the virus from climbing the ice! We never have anywhere near 250 people at the tower. Its a gorgeous sunny day and the ice is fine! The staff, hands washed, are ready for you 😁Come on out! Be a tourist in your own neck of the woods and get some fresh and a fun experience! We will be open as long as Big White is open and we have ice to climb 😁❄️

Due to the crazy weather patterns and temperature changes we’ve seen in the last week, we’ve had to close the ice tower for a few days. So sorry for the inconvenience. We plan to reopen on Friday! Come join us for some icy fun this weekend 😊❄️

Hello everyone!!! It’s time it’s time!! The ice tower is opening this weekend (December 14th)!! The tower is building and improving daily. We can’t wait to begin another successful season Big White Ski Resort 😊 Hours are 12-8 and we are open daily! Groups are more than welcome but please book ahead. Jim plans on offering private lessons this year as well! So many fun plans in the works and we can’t wait to see you up there! ❄️❄️❄️
It’s official! We are open for the season and with temperatures dropping a bit again it’s only going to improve from here! Come on out and give it a whirl this season 😁☃️
