If you’re a new therapist and thinking about starting your own private practice, but you’re not totally sure where to start… I get it.
There’s so much information out there, and most of it just makes it more confusing.
So I’m running a small 4 week workshop where I walk you through how to actually set things up, get your first clients, and feel confident doing it.
It’s simple, practical, and a small group.
If you want details, just message me ‘INFO.’

Spent the weekend outside to reset.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to step away sometimes. Fresh air, nature, movement, and time to slow down can do so much for your nervous system.
When we’re constantly in go mode, our bodies stay in survival mode. Getting outside, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with the present moment helps bring your system back into regulation.
Sometimes healing isn’t another task on the to-do list. Sometimes it’s simply stepping outside and letting your body remember what calm feels like.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s built through small, consistent choices. Showing up to therapy. Practicing new patterns. Setting boundaries. Choosing growth even when it feels uncomfortable.
The life you want is built through the effort you make today.

Journaling can be one of the simplest ways to reconnect with yourself.
It helps you slow down, notice patterns, process emotions, and build self-awareness over time. You don’t need to write pages. Sometimes a few thoughtful prompts are enough to shift your perspective for the day.
If you’re trying to build a daily reflection practice, these prompts are a great place to start.
Small moments of reflection can lead to powerful personal growth.

The small choices you make today shape the life you step into tomorrow.
Healing, growth, boundaries, self-respect… it all happens one decision at a time. Not perfectly. Just consistently.
Your future self is built by the version of you who keeps showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable.
If you’re ready to start becoming that version of yourself, support is here.

Healing isn’t just about understanding what happened to you.
It’s about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself.
Becoming Enough explores how trauma shapes self-worth and how to gently begin restoring it.
Love & Fear dives into disorganized attachment and the push-pull patterns that so many people struggle to understand in their relationships.
Both were created to help you make sense of your nervous system, your patterns, and the healing process.
If you’ve been doing the work and want deeper guidance along the way, these books are a place to start. 📚

Setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable at first, especially if you’re used to prioritizing everyone else’s needs before your own.
But protecting your peace isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.
Your mental health matters. Your needs matter. And the people who truly respect you will learn to respect your boundaries too.
Sometimes healing simply means choosing yourself.
