Hello everyone Happy snowy Monday and 3 weeks from the big day.

I just wanted to make a quick announcement with a small change in the schedule and holiday schedule.

First of all the week of Christmas we are closed.

The schedule has a small change being that there is no more Monday evening yoga at 6:30pm. The new schedule is this.

Monday 4:30 pm Yin
Tuesday 9:30 am Yin
Tuesday 6:30 pm Yin
Wenesday 6:30 pm Power yoga

I hope you've all had a great summer and were all enjoying this last blast of heat. Its a doozie lol. It is that time to change the schedule for the fall and winter months.

The schedule will begin Monday Sept 11 and I hope to see you all there and new clients as well.

I hope your summer has been great as its been a nice summer. I just want to say that I will be changing the class schedule in 2 week and I will post it the week before the fall classes start. We have lots of available spots just message and I will gladly respond.

Hello friend and fellow yogis. Once again summer is here and life has everyone moving. I've made a few changes to the schedule.

We know you are all excited for the opening, as we are. We had to make some adjustments to the schedule and we’re now on track for an Early May opening.

We will continue to work hard to have our roller skating center open as soon as possible.

Ottawa is in for a treat! We promise it will be worth the wait.

Just a little shout out to this little gem of a boutique. I get all my incense there and other things and they also have many interesting gifts for the witches in us all. Anyway check this store out in Brockville I cant give it enough justice you have to see yourself.
