We’ve added extra BIG 3 timeslots to help more athletes work on their skills, build confidence, and take their game to the next level!

Whether you’re just starting out or playing at a competitive level, BIG 3 is designed for ALL ages and skill levels in hockey and ringette!

🔥 WHAT IS THE BIG 3?

Our signature 50-minute private, one-on-one training session with Coach Craig, focused on developing the skills that make a difference on the ice.

✅ 20 Minutes – Skating Treadmill
Improve stride mechanics, skating power, speed, and endurance.

✅ 20 Minutes – Synthetic Ice Shooting Rink
Develop shooting accuracy, quicker releases, puck control, and scoring confidence.

✅ 10 Minutes – Explosive Start Ramp
Build first-step explosiveness, acceleration, balance, and lower-body power.
