Introduction to Girls’ Fitness – Become Confident in Fitness!
Kenora Recreation is excited to partner with Kiizhik Education Corporation to offer a fun, engaging, and educational three-week fitness program for girls in Grades 5–12!
Led by Certified Personal Trainer Kira Onysko, participants will explore the fundamentals of fitness through interactive activities and hands-on instruction. Using only their body weight and resistance bands, girls will learn how to perform effective full-body exercises while building strength, developing healthy habits, and gaining confidence in sports and physical activity.
Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where participants of all experience levels can discover how enjoyable and accessible fitness can be, while developing skills that will benefit them for years to come!
