What is it? An open, casual, and respectful conversation about mortality, death, and dying. There is no agenda—just a comfortable space to talk and normalize these important discussions.

What to Expect:
• A safe, welcoming environment to share thoughts and questions.
• An open group discussion rather than a lecture or presentation.
• A discussion group, not a grief support or counseling session.

Join us on the Homestead Trail, Friday August 14 at 9! PEI national park.

Walked from the campground at Cavendish to the boardwalk and back. Too early for all the tourists.

So our beach walk and yoga was a bit misty Friday but amazing. Next Friday August 7 we will do the walk again from the Cavendish beach campground parking lot. 9a.m.
