Apologies for the short notice, but I am going to cancel class tonight.

My clients at the physiotherapy clinic are giving a rather bleak report of the current state of the weather outside, and I understand a drop in temperature and freezing rain are anticipated as twilight approaches. The roads are likely to become treacherous!

With any luck, this will be our last weather-related cancellation of the season, so take heart!

Sorry to cancel on you again. Still a bit under the weather, and my attempts to return to work at the physio clinic have been very taxing on my energy I'm afraid.

At long last, Black Feather T-Shirts are available for purchase! These are the first items in what will be a growing line of Black Feather apparel.

Right now I have blue, teal, purple, ash grey, and black available in sizes from small to 2XL. Check out the photos attached to see my wonderful colleagues from the physiotherapy clinic modeling the new merch.

Quantities are limited, so if you want a particular size and colour combination act fast! All sizes are $25. Just send me a message to let me know what you want to get.

KENTVILLE ☆ MON & THURS ☆ 6:00-7:30pm

Instructor: Mitch Tate, Physiotherapist

Classes are designed to let you work at your own level and are appropriate for most ages and bodies. Recommended minimum age of 14. No experience is necessary.

Please arrive 15min early for your first class to get signed up. Loose clothing, closed footwear, and a water bottle are recommended.

Our next start date on February 3, 2025. New Beginners can take advantage of our special pricing to get the next four weeks of classes for only $49! (February 3 to 27, 2025)

Payments can be made by cash or e-transfer ([email protected]). Regular pricing after the beginner’s special ends is $15 per class or $108 for 9 classes.

I arrived at the clinic this morning to find a most unexpected new student ready to join our Tai Chi group! 🎄✨️

The votes have been counted- Kentville has chosen it's Bird of the Year and it is the American Crow! The Crow is very social, sometimes forming flocks in the thousands- we see this in Kentville at dusk around the Business Park and Coldbrook. Inquisitive and sometimes mischievous, crows are good learners and problem-solvers. They’re also aggressive and often chase away larger birds including hawks, owls and herons. Hooray for Crow!
