Happy New Year! We are off this week for classes, returning the week of January 6th. Ashtanga group get ready for 108 on Wednesday…💪

Fall classes are back on this week! 🥳

Thank you for so many inquiries about availability within our classes. At this time they are full for fall, but I will post if any open up!

Happy summer! We are taking a little break this summer, enjoying time with family and spur of the moment beach days. Pop up classes in July and August coming! Tuesday classes will continue unless otherwise notified. 😁
