Hey, it's almost spring. A great time to get moving towards a 'fitter' you. New programs kick off in April and that is a perfect time to start, or to re-start your fitness goals. Full demos show you just what to do. We currently have room for new members. What are you waiting for? The time is right. Come out with us and have fun while you get fit.

The best time to start an exercise program was several years ago. The second-best time is right now.

The last thing on your mind right now is exercise--I know. But you may want to start planning that New Year's resolution to get fit.

Our classes are currently filled to capacity, but history has shown that things open up as we approach the end of the year. Let me know if you would like to be added to my wait list for 2025.

We hear about it or read about it all the time........one of the best ways to stay fit both physically and mentally is to lift weights. Strength-training also helps to slow the aging process. We all want to get older, but we don't want to get 'old'!

There's a big myth out there saying that lifting weights makes you 'bulk up'. I've been lifting weights for over 30 years and I haven't bulked up yet.

We still have a bit of room in our one-hour total body strength-training/cardio workout in Canning. We start you with very light weights and build you up from there. Two mornings a week (Monday & Thursday at 8:30). Msg me for details.

With October almost here, we are gearing up for a busy fall. New programs will begin the first week of October. Perfect time to start if you are new to our workouts. We ease you in gradually and work with you every step of the way. One hour total-body workout. Good atmosphere. Supportive workout buddies.

Fall is upon us and things are getting back to normal after a busy summer. Now can be your time and your chance to think about you, and maybe start on that fitness journey.

We get together twice a week--Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30. 2560 North Avenue in Canning. It's a total-body workout and you start at your level.

Right now we have room for new members, but this time of year classes fill up fast. Come and join us. You will love this fun group of gals and feel welcome from the moment you step in the door.

Fall is just around the corner. Cooler weather and a change in pace. Perfect time to do something just for you. Why not come out and join a great group of gals and start that exercise program you might have been putting off.

Lots of room right now. Bring a friend. We are at 2560 North Avenue in Canning. Starting on September 2nd, we have two classes a week -- Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30. (Thursday morning only until then).

Fitness classes probably aren't at the top of your priority list for August. If they are, just know that sweating is good, and we have room for you right now.

But start thinking about September and getting back into the groove. Classes fill up fast once fall hits. Let me know if you want to be part of those classes. Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30, with the most fun group you could ever want to be part of.

Summertime and the living is easy. Ever think it might be a good time to start an exercise program? I didn't think so. :-)

But it is a good time to start with our program. We just do one a week over the summer months which can get you ready to do more when September rolls around.
