We’re excited to launch Hybrid Racing at Apple Valley Collective!
If you’re an athlete preparing for competitions, or just someone looking for a longer, cardio-focused workout, this is the class for you!
This Hybrid Training class blends running, machine work, strength, and functional movements to build aerobic capacity, durability, and pacing.
