Come and join Linda this Sunday at the Grist Mill for a fun workout that blends full body exercises, with easy dance moves, set to upbeat music. It improves your heart health. builds muscle tone. and burns calories. No prior dance experience is required.

Heater is all repaired and temperature is Climbing. Looking good for the sponsored swim at 5:45 😊

Pool update;
Currently, we are having mechanical issues with our heater we are sorry to report. We seem to be able to maintain a lower level of heat within the pool, but not up to normal standards - around 70F at close - the pool cover overnight should maintain it reasonable well.
We will open as normal as we continue to troubleshoot this problem, but we wanted to give everyone a warning and set expectations. Sorry for any inconvenience .

We have two sponsored swims happening this weekend - the final weekend before the pool closes on Saturday (August 29). One is Friday, August 28, 5;45-6:45 pm thanks to FortisBC and the other is Saturday, 1:00 - 4:00 pm, thanks to Keremeos Legion

We will be closing the pool for the public swim from 1pm to 3pm today due to the smoke conditions. We will reassess before the Toonie swim.
