Hey ladies!!! We hope this finds you all healthy and well! Unfortunately, I do come bearing bad news. With the COVID regulations in place for team sports, we made the incredibly difficult decision to postpone our ball season again this year. We are optimistic that we will play ball together again soon!! And plan to have an event for everyone to come together once restrictions allow!

Hello ladies,

We hope that everyone is keeping healthy and well during this chaotic time.

Unfortunately we do bring you some bad news, which I am sure most of you were expecting.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we will not be able to have our 2020 GLFL Season, although we had remained hopeful right until the last minute.

The Town has advised us that only certain ball diamonds will be available this year but not for games, only for drills/practices etc. Although we understand the need for this, it doesn’t make it any easier.

For those of you that have paid your registration fees already, we will be in touch with you individually to arrange a refund.

There is hope that maybe in the fall, if restrictions are lifted some more, we would maybe be able to host some kind of tournament, just so that we can get out and see everyone.

It will be strange to walk around this summer with no injuries!

Happy Easter!

We hope that everyone is keeping safe, and if you have to work, you are taking extra precautions.

As you all know, so many things are changing on a daily basis and we are watching the situation very closely for our upcoming season.

We are still planning on a baseball season, but what that will look like, we cannot confirm as of yet.

The Town of Georgina have been in touch to advise us that the Baseball Diamonds will remain closed until June 30th. They are looking into the possibility of extending the playing season, but will have to get back to us on that.

What this means for us is, we will be playing ball, but we will start later than usual.

Unfortunately this is all out of our control, but once we get through this uncertain time, we will update you.

In the meantime, please be safe. Stay home. Make good choices!

we will be at St Louis in Keswick tomorrow Monday March 2 from 6pm to 9pm for the last in person registration. Don’t forget the early bird special ends this Friday, so get registered by then for your chance to win your fees back!
