Successful weekend We ran our 2nd annual junior golf camp over a very hot and humid weekend.

came out from McGregor to help teach our local junior golfers. He started the day in Pleasant Valley playing a match against KLGC in the Prairie Mountain Golf League and took it to Brett Warbeck without much of a challenge. A quick drive back to Killarney and we were on the course teaching for the rest of the day.

There were two groups of juniors we worked with sessions spread out over Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Day 1 was focused on putting and chipping to get some basic skills down and ready to hit the driving range. Day 2 we reviewed putting and chipping before heading out to the range on a convoy of golf carts. This is always one of the highlights of golf and one of the most common questions we get. When can we ride golf carts? We started with irons and moved on to drivers before finishing up our lessons. Everyone registered received a hat from Warlock Lid Co and ended the day with some freezies to help cool down.

This was our 2nd year doing junior group lessons and was a lot of fun to run. We will be back next year for a similar type of weekend working with juniors from age 5 - 17.
