The heart behind Muse ✨

I never dreamed of opening a dance studio. My heart was originally in creating performances and giving young people opportunities to step onstage, become part of something meaningful and discover a passion within themselves through movement.

But as I continued teaching, something shifted. I fell in love with helping kids learn, grow and find confidence through movement and discovered that teaching was something I felt called to do at this time in my life.

Then, a group of dancers found themselves without a place to dance and asked if I would take them on as a competitive team. I cautiously said yes, and that experience showed me that I could continue helping young people discover a love for movement and performance, even if it looked different than I had imagined.

Muse was never created to compete with anyone else. It was created to serve our community, fill the spaces where something different was wanted and offer another place for people to belong.

We believe dance can be joyful, meaningful and challenging without being driven by pressure. We value commitment, growth and excellence while giving dancers the freedom to discover what movement and performance mean to them.

We want our dancers to build strong skills, but also confidence, friendships, creativity and the courage to be fully themselves.

Our vision is simple: to do what we love, serve the people around us and help others discover something within themselves through movement.

Our Recreational Acro class for ages 7+ is a fun, supportive space for dancers to build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, while learning exciting new skills at their own pace!

No experience necessary! Come ready to move, learn and have fun! 💜

We’re so excited to begin this new dance season with our annual Shoe Sale! This also includes used dance clothing and costumes! This is a great opportunity to grab a solo costume for the upcoming competitive season at a great price!

Our Primary Competitive team is where dancers get to have fun, build skills, and discover what competitive dance is all about.

In just one hour, dancers explore 3 different styles, building versatility, confidence, musicality, technique and performance skills — all while being challenged in a way that still feels FUN. 🩷

But what makes our team special isn’t just what we teach. It’s how we teach it.

Introducing our *NEW* Winter Showcase Offering! ⛄️

This year, we’re bringing something new to our recreational dance program! A fun, exciting experience with a goal to work toward!

Over 10 weeks, dancers will build skills, confidence, and friendships as they prepare for our Winter Showcase, where they’ll perform in front of family and friends during the magical Christmas season. 🎄❄️

Choose the package that’s right for you:
⭐ Rising Star – Perform in 1–2 routines
🌟 Spotlight – Perform in 3 or more routines

And for dancers looking for an extra challenge… solo auditions will also be available!

We wanted to create a recreational program that gives dancers the excitement of working toward something special without the year-long commitment of competitive dance. The result? A memorable performance experience, festive fun, and a chance to shine on stage!

Whether your child is stepping into dance for the first time or simply loves to perform, the Winter Showcase is the perfect way to celebrate the season through movement, music, and confidence.

This offering is also available to our competitive students! A great way to enjoy MORE dance with less pressure and enjoy an extra performance during the dance season!
