Thank you to all these beauties for attending my “Golden Morning Yoga + Sound’ at the beautiful Royal Orchards yesterday. Thank you Kylie for welcoming us so graciously as we immersed and grounded in nature surrounded by the apple trees.
We began with a blanket of grey clouds above us and we witnessed before our eyes the clouds part to reveal the blue sky as we envisioned the sun radiating on us——now that’s manifestation.
May we all remember that we are powerful creators.
May we all connect more with nature to understand deeply the divinity within.

Enjoy a morning surrounded by nature and the beautiful apple trees at Royal Orchard basking in the golden morning’s sun rays. ☀️

We begin with some gentle yoga stretching, then move into a sound journey meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Next, stroll the beautiful orchard aisles and pick your own apples to take home with you.

Day 1 of our Clay Workshops this week at Fun on the Run
Thank you for a fun experience guiding your awesome students today!

Our mindful art classes help children create with intention while learning new skills.
Creating with clay is an opportunity for children to ground, slow down, get messy, reconnect with the senses and discover what is waiting to be created.

There are so many awesome benefits:

* The tactile feeling of clay can be deeply grounding and calming.
* Repetitive actions like pressing, rolling, kneading, pinching and smoothing can help settle the mind.
* Working with your hands brings attention into the present moment
* The resistance of clay provides satisfying proprioceptive input—your hands and muscles get to feel their effort.
* Builds hand-eye coordination and fine-motor skills.
* Strengthens spatial awareness and three-dimensional thinking.
* Encourages problem-solving
* Allows experimentation without needing a predetermined answer.
* Clay gives feelings somewhere to go when words aren’t enough.
* There is freedom to squeeze, pound, tear apart, reshape and begin again
* It builds confidence because there isn’t necessarily a “right” way to make something.
* The process can encourage patience, flexibility and acceptance of imperfection.
