Hi Friends of Meadowbrook yoga, although we don't have classes on the go at present I wanted to let you know I'll be teaching a yummy restorative class studio 330 on Wed @10 am .

Dear friends, i am offering a zoom rest and restore class on Wednesday night at 7pm. I have teamed up with twisted soul yoga with 3 other independant yoga teachers , we are offering classes at $5.00 per class during this time of pandemic. We will use props bolsters pillows to invite peace, calm and rest into our day our week. To register please email [email protected] .🙏

Given the current situation with Covid 19, and recommendations from local public health, and our registering body Yoga Alliance
We will be putting yoga classes on hold till further notice. It is with sad hearts that we do so but know it is for the health and safety of all. Please stay safe and well ...Namaste
