Fort Henry Heights Minor Hockey Association proudly offers RCMP families registration discounts.

As a Canadian Armed Forces-sponsored association, we’re proud to support the families who serve our communities and our country. Whether you’re military or RCMP, you’ll find a welcoming, inclusive hockey community here at the Paladins.

The Hurricanes Hockey Association (HHA) and Fort Henry Heights Minor Hockey Association (FHHMHA) have teamed up to host a free clinic for new team officials (coaches, trainers, and managers) on Sunday, 13 September 2026.

The main focus will be to those individuals who will be involved with U9 and below.

The clinic runs in two phases. The morning session is a classroom orientation covering player development and safety, seasonal planning, and team operations, with guest experts contributing.

The afternoon session is an on-ice presentation focused on age-appropriate practice design and instruction.

Our Gananoque neighbours with Next Shift Hockey Canada are hosting a FREE Hockey Equipment Giveaway for players of all ages—from first-time skaters to adult players.

Whether you’re looking for equipment, need a larger size, or have gently used gear to donate, this is a great opportunity to help keep hockey accessible for everyone in our communities.

Fort Henry Heights Minor Hockey is excited to welcome players for the upcoming 2026/2027 season!

Our season begins in September, with practices held out of Constantine Arena in Kingston. Players will benefit from experienced and dedicated coaches, full-ice practices, and a positive environment focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun.

Whether you’re stepping onto the ice for the first time or returning for another season, we look forward to seeing new and familiar faces join the Paladins.
