1x Assessment for Pregnancy & Postpartum AVAILABLE NOW!
Are you feeling lost and confused about what exercise is safe for you and baby during pregnancy or aren't sure how to get back to fitness & sports after birth?
Our certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach is offering 1x sessions to assess and educate new moms and moms-to-be about exercise during these chapters.

- Learn to scale and modify exercises to match your body and symptoms at this time
- Cover exercises that will reduce aches & pains associated with pregnancy and motherhood
