We’re back baby! When I took my dream and made it a reality I know there was going to be some ups and some downs throw out the process off building BNF, I had felt the need to spend some time (3weeks) just focusing on my self without creating any content and I’m happy to say we are back and better then ever!! Sky’s the limit baby WE are back and there’s big things to come.

Happy Monday! Another week closer, let’s continue to push through. Take advantage of this “timeout” in life. I believe everything happens for a reason. Sometimes the reason is not clear and never will be. However you will never get another opportunity like this. Evaluate yourself, make changes you’ve always wanted to, create new healthier habits, spend time with your family, work on that project you’ve been putting off, educate yourself, have an impact on someone’s else’s life from the comfort of your own home. It’s uncertain how long this opportunity will last before everyone gets back to their busy lives. Negativity, complaining is Essay, let’s challenge ourselves to be positive. Let’s not feel sorry for ourselves and watch the time pass.

When we sacrifice out daily time, everyday energy, & short-term well-being for causes, goals, or other people, that’s love. Love is a choice, not a feeling. We can ride the highs and lows of our thoughts (by writing them down / telling ourselves positive affirmations out loud) + “WALK THE TALK.”

LEAVE A LEGACY NOT A ONE HIT WONDER! Stop worrying about your god damn self and start passing on the skills and tools you have learned and taken on your journey. Nobody remembers the goals they remember the impact you have on them. So save those pats on your own shoulder and give em out to somebody who needs em. Every time I coach, I learn. I LOVE COACHING!
