Tour One: Florence, Chianti & Southern Tuscany (23 April – 3 May 2027)
We begin with drinks on a rooftop bar in Florence, watching the sun go down over the Duomo. Then we spend four days in the Chianti region, including a stunning hack among rolling vineyards, olive groves and medieval towns. We'll walk through Florence, wander Siena and San Gimignano, explore the hills by Vespa or vintage Fiat Bambino, and taste w**es at a family vineyard.
The last five days are in southern Tuscany, riding under my tuition at a small professional stable. The horses suit everyone from gentle learners to riders wanting to make some serious improvements. In between, we'll enjoy everything else Tuscany has to offer: soaking in the Saturnia hot pools, cycling quiet country roads, and a private chef dinner at our villa.
Tour Two: Rome & Pesaro (3–13 July 2027)
Two days in Rome, with the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and sunset from a rooftop bar. Then on to Pesaro and the Adriatic coast, with five private lessons at a small professional stable. The horses are genuine and suit everyone from happy hackers to 1.35m jumpers. There's a boat day with a swim and a Prosecco lunch, and visits to the UNESCO towns of Gradara and Urbino. You'll also have time in the villa pool, evenings at family-run trattorias, and w**e tasting on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
With only five riders per tour, the coaching is personal and the experience is fun, magical and a great time to learn.
