Kingston Expert Tees Announces Relocation After More Than 30 Years at Collins Bay Road
For more than 30 years, Kingston Expert Tees has been part of the Kingston community, welcoming generations of golfers, families, summer campers, schools, community organizations, and local businesses to its longtime home at 1165 Collins Bay Road.
When Jim and Cindy Fehr purchased Kingston Expert Tees in 2017, relocating the business was never something they anticipated. With such a long history at Collins Bay Road, the property has become closely associated with Kingston Expert Tees and has been the setting for countless memories, milestones, and community connections over the years.
Despite Kingston Expert Tees’ best efforts to extend its lease at Collins Bay Road, numerous attempts to reach an agreement were unsuccessful. As a result, Kingston Expert Tees will be relocating, with plans to welcome customers to its new location in Spring 2027.
Leaving a property with such a significant history brings with it uncertainty and heartache; however, Kingston Expert Tees remains focused on the future and excited about what lies ahead.
While the business may be relocating, this is not the end of Kingston Expert Tees. Jim and Cindy are looking forward to the opportunity to move the business forward while carrying with them the name, relationships, memories, and community connections that have been built over more than 30 years.
Kingston Expert Tees is relocating—not closing.
The business is currently preparing for its transition, with plans to welcome customers to its new home in Spring 2027. Details surrounding the new location and future plans will be shared with the community at a later date.
Kingston Expert Tees would like to sincerely thank its staff, customers, community partners, suppliers, and supporters who have been part of its journey. The Fehr family is especially grateful to the generations of customers who have supported the business and created so many memories at Collins Bay Road.
Customers can also be assured that all Kingston Expert Tees gift certificates and gift cards will continue to be honoured in 2027.
Over the coming months, Kingston Expert Tees will share updates about the transition and, when the time is right, reveal more about its new home and what the future holds.
We leave this chapter with full hearts—grateful for more than 30 years of memories, relationships, and community support. While there are tears for what we are leaving behind, there is also genuine excitement for what lies ahead.
As Kingston Expert Tees turns the page and begins its next chapter, we move forward with gratitude, hope, and the firm belief that the best is yet to come.
