We are the Student Health & Athletic Centre at the Kingston campus of the internationally recognized college, St. Lawrence College. We strive to provide safe, fun and engaging wellness programming in an inclusive and welcoming environment. We love being here when they need us most. It's our mission to serve the mind, body and spirit of the college and Kingston community. The facility is operated in partnership with the YMCA of Kingston, the Students of St. Lawrence College and college administration.
