Ready to get back on the water? 🌊🚣
Kayaking with Grant Bradley from Paddle Style is back at Focus this season! After such a great response last year, we’re excited to offer another 6-week series on the Cataraqui River starting May 19.
With just 6 participants per session, these small-group paddles are supportive, social, and hands-on—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence and skills on the water.
Choose from:
☀️ Tuesday mornings (8:00–9:30 AM) — relaxed, club-style paddles
🌅 Tuesday evenings (5:00–7:00 PM) — skill-focused sessions with the option to pursue certification
PLUS:
🚣 Paddle Canada Level One Certification Course
📅 June 27–28
All equipment and instruction are included.
If these times don’t work for you, more sessions will be offered later this summer and into the fall with flexibility based on interest!

As our massage therapy services continue to grow, we’re excited to spotlight Lauren Cheng! ✨
Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a personalized, collaborative approach to care—recognizing that no two bodies are the same. She works with clients to tailor each treatment using techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release and cupping to support recovery, optimize tissue health, and help you get back to the activities you love.

Join us at the Physical Activity and Exercise Showcase! ☀️
A variety of Programs, businesses, and Facilities will attend to provide information, demonstrations, and answer your questions on how they can help you attain your physical activity and exercise goals! Providence Cares cardiac rehab team and your fellow cardiac rehab peers will also join the fun. This is a FREE COMMUNITY EVENT with special invitations to all cardiac rehab participants past, present, and future.
The showcase will have a variety of programs, facilities, businesses or other resources with a designated table around the Hall. We invite you to interact with Staff members, peers, and representatives to build your confidence in your physical activity and exercise plan, or catchup and have a good time! Healthy snacks provided :)

10:30-11:15 – Open gym strength circuit
Cost: $175 for one or both
🏃 Focus Athletic Blueprint (FAB) with Gabe
Saturday, April 11 to June 27 (12 weeks)
Youth (ages 9-13) – 9-10am
High School (ages 14-17) – 10-11am
Cost: $155
🧘 Yoga with Tracy
Sunday, May 3 to June 21 (8 weeks)
1-2pm
Additional 2:30pm session may open based on interest
Cost: $200 + HST
💪 Foundation Training with Brent
Wednesday, April 15 to May 20 (6 weeks)
Wednesday, May 27 to July 1 (6 weeks)
6:30-7:30pm
Cost: $240 per session
🚴 IronStride Youth Cycling Skills
4 Sundays starting March 29 (March 29, April 12, April 19, May 3)
