Explorer Diving

Today marked the 1st anniversary of Chris's passing. There was a small memorial for Chris with fam and friends. It was a great turnout. There were flowers put in water at Portsmouth Olympic Harbor. Chris loved scuba diving, talking about history, taking pictures of flowers and nature, including moon pictures. Family and friends then headed back to the Explorers Diving shop to enjoy some food and remember Chris for being Chris. He was loved by all who knew him and will be forever with us, and we know that he will be watching over us in the waters keeping us safe.
You will be missed but never forgotten our friend and dive buddy.

There will be a one year memorial get-together for Chris Haslip on 12 April 2026, at Portsmouth Harbour, Kingston at 2 pm (1400 hrs).
Drinks and snacks afterwards at the shop (2214 Paul Blvd).
Please let us know if you will attend.

WEEKEND DIVES
meet at the shop for 10:00 - 10:30 If you need rentals or air.

Anyone wishing to go out for shore dives on Sat 13th or Sun 14th Sept.
Weather permitting. Everyone is welcome.
Meet at the shop for each day at 1030am for 11am departure. Departing around 11am to wherever the group decides to go. everyone is always welcomed.
Rental equipment also available, air fills, lots of friendly divers are usually around to dive.
Items for sale in the shop at competitive prices. Lots of little history bits around the shop to look at. Like old bottles, clay pipes, bayonets, cannon balls etc come on in and take a look.
Looking forward to seeing some divers on this beautiful weekend.
