Our electronic section has fallen slim but we also have multiple TVs so all bookings this week get a TV for their items to smash aswell !!

Here our dilemma.

In 2023 I signed a lease with a company to pay $10,200/month in rent. Yes that's alot . But with the Kingston Zoning laws it was our only option being classified as commercial when we were hoping for industrial due to the noise.

After I've signed the lease our landlords decided to add the changes they did to the whole building trip when they renovated the hotel increasing my share from 10.62% (which is what i signed for ) to 18.88% (which I did NOT agree to) increasing my rent by $986/month.

I have been fighting them on that and got a lawyer involved and their retaliation is to evict my business for June 8th .

I have been looking for a new location but unfortunately because of what the city classifies my business as . There are no other options in Kingston at this time .

So our last day open will be June 1st.

So anyone who has gift certificates or gift cards use then now.

Of anyone was planning on coming here but keep putting it off. I reccomend booking now.

We will keep the supply of smashables coming in till the last week of May. What ever we have left over as of June 1st we will do a discounted event to get rid of everything else.

So sorry for any inconvenience but we are sad this is the outcome of us standing up to a big corporation trying to get more money out of a small business.
