The YMCA of Eastern Ontario is a charity that offers fitness, aquatic and childcare programs and facilities.

We serve the community with a wide range of customized programs to help keep everyone of all ages, abilities and backgrounds stay active. The Y is Canada’s largest provider of childcare with trademarked curricula, and offers fitness and other programs including Karate and Total Life Care (specialized programming for individuals with chronic conditions).

🌊 As We Count Down to the East Coast Summer Picnic 🌊

As we prepare for next weekend's inaugural East Coast Summer Picnic, we'd like to thank the incredible chefs, makers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and supporters who have helped bring this special evening to life.
