2005 Syracuse Cadets AAA travel hockey team based in Syracuse, NY, with players from all over New York State.
The Syracuse Cadets is a unique team of hockey players, made up 2005 birth-year players from all over New York State. The Cadets are coached by Head Coach Henry Dotterer, [email protected]. The Cadets finished in 3rd place in the highest division of the AAU National Championship Tournament in Minnesota in March of 2014.

Congratulations to Carey Terrance on his selection by Anaheim, 59th overall, in the 2023 NHL draft. Carey played with the Cadets in the Casselman Pirates Spring tourney in April 2016 and was an opponent (or teammate) to many Cadets as a youth hockey player.

Finalist at Ontario Hockey Prospects Challenge AAA tournament in Kingston. Eastern Ontario Wildfire edged the Cadets 2-1.

Syracuse Cadets play Eastern Ontario Wild in Ontario Prospects AAA championship at 2:05 pm. Cadets upset unbeaten Kingston Crushers 1-0 in morning semifinals.

There were SO MANY Cadets competing in this past weekend’s state championships... Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3, ‘05 Cadets were represented VERY well. Congrats to the Champions and all the competitors!!
