The Kingston Aeros Trampoline Club is a non-profit organization which began in 1973 for the purpose of training recreationaland competitive athletes in a safe, challenging and FUN environment! Our competitive athletes compete provincially, nationally and internationally. Every year, our team brings home an impressive collection of medals including multiple gold. Our c
ertified coaching staff is committed to developing every athlete, both recreational and competitive, to their full potential. We foster personal growth, self esteem, confidence and enjoyment of the sport in all of our athletes whatever their level or goals. Our commitment to safety offers a 6:1 athlete to coach ratio for each 1 hour training session. Trampoline is also a great way for athletes to cross-train for other sports such as diving, gymnastics, tumbling, aerial and freestyle skiing or boarding, martial arts and cheerleading. The Kingston Aeros Trampoline Club offers a wide range of Recreational, Advanced Recreational and Competitive programs for all ages. Recreational Programs:

Recreational classes are 1 hour in length. Advanced recreational classes are 2 hours. Ask us about family discounts, special needs participants and bilingual coaching! Competitive Programs:
