2021 Junior Camp Update
We are continuing to monitor the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. At this time we are still unsure if we can safely operate our junior camps. As soon as a decision has been made we will update the website and make an announcement here.
It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the cancellation of the junior golf camps this season due to covid-19 concerns.
Private and semi-private golf lessons are available Monday to Friday from 1pm to 6pm. Call the pro shop at 613 542-4779 or email [email protected] to book a session.

Thank you to all who came out for the rain shortened ACCRA/Callaway Demo day! I am thrilled to announce that we will be hosting Justin MacDonald and his equipment again Tuesday July 7th from Noon-6pm at the Colonnade driving range.
Come out and see what a difference properly fit shafts can make.
This is a free event and no appointments are required.
Equipment Tip
We all know that the grooves on the face of your clubs need to be kept clean and clear of debris in order to impart spin on your ball to help it get airborne and fly straight.
One often overlooked part of your equipment is your grips. Start the season off by washing your clubs grips in warm water and dish soap to rejuvenate the tack. Grips that are in good shape allow the player to have softer grip pressure. I recommend that all players experiment with reducing their grip pressure to gain distance and consistency.
The Masters never fails to entertain, but this years early rounds have been some of the best I can remember!
Speith is putting on a clinic, Johnson makes 3 eagles in one round and the leader board is packed with the worlds best players.
Whether you love Tiger or love to cheer against him it will be very interesting to see if his body holds up and if he can maintain what appears to be an excellent short game.
The 2015 Masters is shaping up to be an instant classic!
It's the most wonderful week of the year....Masters week!
Only two more sleeps until the start of round 1.
April's Golf Tip
Spring is here and in theory the Kingston golf season is right around the corner. Starting the season on the right foot should begin with managing expectations for your initial early season rounds. Keep in mind that at this time of year the air is cold, the courses can be wet and this can really limit your distances. Combine tough conditions with taking 5 months away from golf over the winter and you may not recognize your game.
Don't get frustrated with drives that aren't flying as far as you remember from last year and try taking more club than you think you need for your approach shots into the greens. Most importantly don't try to swing faster or hit the ball harder to make up for this early season lack of distance.
Happy Golfing!
Looking forward to seeing if Rory can mount a charge this afternoon.
