A bit delayed, but we want to say a HUGE thank you to all our students and families who supported our Fight against Cancer Kick-a-thon. Together we raised almost $4000!!!

We are looking forward to our Fighting Cancer Kick-a-thon today! Thank you to all our participants who have raised funds and will each be completing 1000 kicks to support cancer research and those affected by cancer. Last weekend saw four of our athletes compete at the Canadian National Kickboxing Championship. So proud of them and the sportsmanship, athleticism, and determination they all showed. We came home with three silvers! Additionally, we came home with a wonderful recognition from WAKO for being the longest club to be part of the organization since it started in Canada. Very proud to be part of this group that promotes our sport and the values it instills in all its members.

It was great to be back with our friends from all the WAKO clubs who participated in the Summer Smash last weekend. After two long years of no competition, it was great to get back at it! We were so proud of our athletes, who showed amazing skill and sportsmanship. Their dedication to their training showed!

Although we can’t offer in-person classes for the next few weeks, you don’t need to miss out on your training! We are still offering children, teens, and adults Zoom classes six days a week, some as early as 6:15 am. Not currently a member but want to get started? New members are always welcome!
