With the big New Year’s Public Skate Celebration happening this Wednesday, we’ve taken inventory of our skate rental fleet and are in dire need of help! A few of our popular skate sizes have not been returned over the past year, and so we need sizes 4, 5, and 6 to have on hand for rentals. I’ve searched the local thrift stores, but haven’t been able to find any of these sizes. Does anybody have any old skates in these sizes that they can bring in for us to purchase for our fleet? We are offering folks $10 a pair, plus two free skate sharpens! If you have any skates to share with us, please drop them by today between 3 and 6 PM, or tomorrow between 2 and 4 PM. If you aren’t able to drop off between these times, please drop them off in our skate dropoff box with your name, number, and clearly label them as “donations”, and we will square up with you when you are in the store next time!
