Accessory work is the glue that binds all other movements together, ensuring that we're strengthening and armouring the body in some micro movements to support the bigger picture of growth in our more dynamic movements. We use allot of functional body building movements in our programming to even out our bodies asymmetries, and do our best to protect from injuries!

Sprints, clusters and sunrises! It crazy fun to test your bodies' power output with movements that require you to exert every ounce of what you have left in you, then run super fast π.

Get upside down is a great way to work on shoulder and core stability, and also a great way to take a break during the day for some gentle spinal decompression:). Keven took the more strenuous approach here with strict handstand push ups!

Soldier On is a program of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) which contributes to the recovery of ill and injured CAF members and veterans by providing opportunities and resources through sport, recreational, and creative activities. Come join us (Daft Brewing] )for a fundraiser workout on Saturday, September 4th at 10 am, followed by a pint compliments of our brothers Daft Brewing]! All proceeds will go to a local veteran who is raising funds for the soldier on 10k virtual race. Tickets are $20 (pint inclusive!). Current members register through the app-to bring a guest, text or message me directly. Please bring your friends-this will be an all levels workout!
