FROM THE ARCHIVES: During his seminar on Saturday, Mark Simmons frequently referenced the lessons he had learned from Master Coach Adrian Teodorescu of Atlas Boxing. I knew I had an old poster that Mark Leduc had given me. So I dug through the archives and it turns out that Mark Simmons actually fought on this card in June of 1993.

This was a special moment yesterday of Mark Simmons holding the heavy bag for his childhood boxing hero, Leroy Pink. Leroy went undefeated against some of Toronto's best pros in the early 80's. Mark said that Leroy was one of the pros at their gym who always had time to answer his questions and encourage him. Boxing is beautiful.

WSBC was proud to reunite these two for the first time in more than 40 years.
