September 18th will be our final shoot of the year. This would be an excellent opportunity to get some practice in before the archery deer season. Hope to see everyone out.

So after literal washout for our 1st shoot in two years , we're going to try this again. Sunday August 14th will be our next shoot. Thank you to those that attended the previous shoot. You support is much appreciated.

After much delay we are happy to announce that we will be holding a shoot on Sunday July 17th. Hope to see everyone back out on the course!

Despite what you may or may not have heard. Let me put some rumors to rest. Kingsville Archery club has not gone anywhere and we will be back ...when and if we ever return to some form of normalcy. First and foremost we do not own the property that we shoot on, so respect and health and safety of the landowners and their family will always come before anything.
We have not committed to any shoot dates as of yet. Because quite frankly we are tired of thinking that we are close to getting back to normal only to be shut down again. Trust me we want to be out there just as much as everyone else, but we also have to abide by the laws and rules that our government has placed on us.
The stay at home order is "supposed " to be lifted June 2nd and maybe just maybe this is a step in the right direction. Hell golf courses are open. Are we really any different?
We will be putting in a call to our insurance provider tomorrow to get clarification on what we can legally do to provide everyone with a place to shoot 3d again. We understand everyone is frustrated with everything that has and is still going on with this pandemic and it has become quite exhausting.
We just ask that you continue to exercise patience and understand that we feel the same urge that you have to get out of the backyard and out for some 3d.
We miss the faces and the camaraderie that has kept us going all these years and hopefully we can provide you with more encouraging news shortly.

So unfortunately we as a team discussed our last shoot of the season ....... we understand that we are now in stage 3 of this pandemic and can legally move on with the shoot. But what a lot of you don’t understand are the rules and guidelines that the government has placed upon us we would need a larger team in order to follow all safety precautions for this season. So we have decided to cancel September’s shoot as well as we do not feel we have adequate amenities to provide each of you shooters as well as ourselves and our land owner with the proper safety measures. It saddens us tremendously but we will keep praying for a much safer season next year, until then we wish you all a safe and healthy year.

It is with extremely heavy hearts today that we learned of the passing of one of KWG’s dearest friends and biggest supporters. Dom Marotte you were always there to lend a hand when needed and always without fail brought a smile to all of our faces (even my son when you bought him a snake he named Dom-inator).....Heaven truly gained an amazing man....now there’s no more pain and you can fling arrows all day long while keeping an eye on your amazing family from above Jacquelyn Marotte Robin Marotte Josh, Alexa your gorgeous grand children and your son and daughter in law......until we meet again my friend, rest in paradise 😔❤️

Unfortunately we have to cancel our June shoot as Windsor/Essex remains in phase one. Due to this we don’t feel comfortable holding a shoot at this time as we do not have enough volunteers to maintain the guidelines that the government has set. This is just as dis heartening to us as I am sure it is to all of you. Please be patient and keep your fingers crossed for the upcoming months... Thanks for your understanding during these difficult times.
