A New Session of Group Pilates and Oov Classes begins the week of January 5!

In each class we create we carefully design our classes to keep you strong and supple from head to toes. Lately we have been discussing in classes the importance of the feet especially the big toe. We are going to continue this theme in 2026 adding in the importance of not only the feet but the ankles too and how working these body parts can have a positive effect on the rest of the chain meaning… your shins, knees, thighs, hips amd buttocks. It’s all connected!!

Meet Mariah:

Mariah has always loved teaching—whether it was poolside as a swim instructor or now in the classroom as a French Immersion teacher. Her passion for education naturally led her to become a Pilates instructor, known for her creative flows, slow and challenging sequences, and clever cues that make people laugh while they shake.

She’s completed her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates training, with additional certifications in golf performance and pre/post-rehab for knee replacements and ACL recovery. Mariah is also Oov-trained—ask her about it and prepare for a full (and enthusiastic) explanation.

Her goal? To help you move better, feel stronger, and actually enjoy the process.
