Join us on the west coast of Vancouver Island at our remote land-based fishing lodge, enjoy the fishing, the scenery, and the relaxation while you stay and fish with us! Located on the NW coast of Vancouver Island and accommodates up to 15 guests comfortably. June, July and August we are fishing on the ocean targeting salmon, halibut, and bottom fish! Join us on one of our 4day/3night all-inclusive fishing packages!

🌊 **We’re Hiring: Lodge Hostess / Server** 🌲

Rugged Point Lodge is looking for a friendly, experienced **Hostess / Server** to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 fishing season.

This is a key guest-facing role at the lodge, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, dependable and confident providing excellent customer service.

The position includes:

🍳 Breakfast service
🥪 Lunch service
🍽️ Dinner service
🌙 Evening shifts
😊 Hosting and assisting lodge guests

Previous serving experience is required.

We provide **shared accommodations, room and board, competitive wages and tips**.

The position is available to start **as soon as possible** and runs until early September.
