Do you suffer from...
Chronic loneliness?
Touch deficiency?
An overwhelming urge to say “I’m fine” when you’re absolutely not?

Introducing...
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
The world’s first clinically unproven treatment for the lonely epidemic

Jiu Jitsu combines involuntary human contact...
sweaty & often stinky community...
problem solving...
and controlled strangulation...
...to help reconnect patients with something scientists call:
“Other people.”

participants reported:
* increased hugs
* decreased doomscrolling
* improved confidence
* unexpected emotional support
* and having people who actually notice when they miss class.

Results may vary, gi or no gi
Most patients experience measurable improvements after 2–3 classes.
Others require repeated exposure.

Side effects may include:
Persistent smiling.
Calling complete strangers “bro.”
Uncontrollable laundry.
Bruises in places you didn’t know existed.
Saying “nice” immediately after someone chokes you unconscious.

Jiu Jitsu is not recommended for individuals who just want to be choked, refuse to tap, are looking for Tinder replacement, or believe watching mixed martial arts qualifies them for advanced belt promotion.

Do not begin Jiu Jitsu without consulting your ego, as temporary swelling may occur during the first six months.

Tell your instructor if you experience dizziness, panic, nexistential breakthroughs, or spontaneous crying after class

If your training partners become your emergency contacts, chosen family, or wedding guests, this is considered a normal therapeutic response.
