*a realigning Reiki treatment

*a closing guided meditation incorporating therapeutic use of singing bowls

This private session is designed to holistically “attune” the body to the turning of the next cycle of seasons.

As layers of individual, ancestral, and collective patterns that impede energetic flow are released, we access the innate capacity to connect and heal, thereby processing our experiences so that we may respond to the world from an embodied place that is alive to and supported by the cycles of the Earth.
