We are a full service Hunter/Jumper facility, that focuses on horsemanship and solid flat work ( we also have a few Dressage riders). Our beautiful facility is a short drive from the US border and a great location to quickly get where you need to be. Located on a short quiet dead end road, across from the municipal park and located on the CVP connector trail.

Barn amenities: 18 matted stalls with attached paddocks, 6 outdoor paddocks with 12x12 bedded shelters. Large well lit indoor (watered and harrowed multiple times a week), outdoor sand ring both with excellent footing, round pen and on property trails. Heated tack room, two warm water wash bays, laundry and washroom.

Board includes: 4 daily feedings. Only the best hay is available for our horses as well as quality mineral available at an extra fee or provide your own (Oats & Beet pulp included). Farrier and bodywork appointments are offered on a regular schedule and Vet visits are scheduled four times a year for vaccinations and dental.

Training is customized to suit the specific needs of each horse/rider. Lessons run Tuesday to Saturday with plenty of quiet arena time to enjoy. We also attend various shows throughout the year (schooling, bronze and gold), enjoy hauling out for community days and hosting our own in house schooling shows.

Indoor board is $1200 plus GST and outdoor is $1100 plus GST.

A big congratulations to the Gee Family on the purchase of Layia (Jambo). We are thrilled with this pair and that the mare has found her person!!

She will move up to the Okanagan later next month.

2013 15.3HH Thoroughbred Mare is Available

She is super sweet, safe for trail rides and on the ground. Does get hot over jumps but can be convinced otherwise if you are soft and confident. She will stop if you are anxious and in a rush. She just wants someone to lead her without scaring her. Great little mare and a blast to ride!

Has shown low jumpers and dressage.

5500 plus GST, the right fit is most important.

We want a solid home for her that isn’t interested in flipping her. She is a good girl and deserves the home that is proud to have her.

All details and history will be given. We have known this mare since she came off the track at 6.

Great show at the Mother’s Day Classic in Maple Ridge. Thank you to the whole team (family, friends and clients) for all the love and support throughout the event.

It was wonderful to see Mila with Penny and Rachael with Nelly enjoy and be successful in their first show ever! Congrats ladies on all your accomplishments.

Nyomi & Niko had their most successful show yet putting in consistent clear rounds the whole show.

Oskar & Austyn found their groove ended the weekend with solid placings in the .90’s.

Ashleigh and Roo were successful in the 90’s and also stepped into their first 1.0m classes leaving with reserve champion in the Jr/Am.

Overall great miles lots of success and we are so proud of these ladies and their horses.

Now we have a nice break until Tbird in July.

2016 KWPN mare by Dreamboy

Layia (Barn name Jambo" is Swahili for "hello")

She is a lovely 16 HH mare with experience in Dressage, Jumpers and lower level hunters with a variety of riders. Although we feel she will do best with a confident rider of any level. She trail rides alone very well and likes space (we all like a personal bubble) when with others.

She is super safe and sweet on the ground and to work with. She will stand for hours to be fussed over, stands quietly for clipping, braiding and bathing. She loads well and hauls easily.

Jambo does wind suck. She has a scar on her back leg as well. She has one riding quirk of falling in with new riders. She is also on Chaste berry. She will take time to get to know and that is the reason for her price being far less than what it should be.

We are introducing the Work to Ride Program! One shift a week minimum, credit towards your lessons. Please get in touch if this is of interest.
