2 Weeks to go!!

Last weekend, our dance team (The Rock Step Lindy Hoppers) had the absolute honour of performing for some amazing people at Harrison Pointe Retirement Home.

It was such a special afternoon and a real blessing to share our passion for mental health, swing dance and music with everyone. So many of the songs brought back memories and resonated with the residents, and seeing the smiles on their faces as we danced was incredibly rewarding.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Harrison Pointe for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to share what we love.

And, of course, a massive thank you to our incredible dance team! You brought so much joy, energy, warmth, and enthusiasm to the performance.You are all AMAZING
