Art of Taekwondo

A blackbelt test is a major achievement in a practitioners’ life. Years of hard work culminating in a display of focus, determination and perseverance.

We are so proud of the those who tested today. Your hard work and dedication have paid off!

Remember that like making a good cup of coffee, you have to make it every day.
You have to train Taekwondo every day.

So celebrate today and we’ll see you on the mats come Monday👊

Our practitioners are getting excited for their blackbelt examination! The entire test will be streamed online for family and friends to watch and marvel at our 9 testers’ skills!

Every month .canada hosts a parent night out. We host all the children for physical games, a shared meal, and then we watch an appropriately rated movie.

On top of the awesome benefits of being ‘childless’ for over 3 hours… the benefits of social interaction are obvious.
