Halloween Costume Week 🤡🤖🎃👻
Date: October 26 - 31
All students are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to class during the week of Halloween! Please ensure costumes allow for full participation in class, including kicking, jumping, and stretching. Safety is our top priority, and instructors may ask students to change if a costume poses a safety concern.

We will be closed for the Thanksgiving on October 12. We will reopen on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Please contact us to reserve your spot ahead of time as spots are limited. Make-up classes are optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you sign up for a make-up class but cannot attend, please let us know asap to make space for others on the waitlist.

We invite you to join us and support our competitors at the upcoming Taekwondo tournament!

▪Date: Saturday, October 10th
▪Location: Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond)
▪Entrance Fee: $10/ Person or $20/Family (Cash Only), Children under 5 are free.

▪Poomsae start: 9:00 AM
▪Opening ceremony/demonstration: 12:00 PM
▪Sparring start: 1:00 PM

A smile from a friend, a kind word, time with family, or a beautiful day - The little moments matter. "You can choose courage, or you can choose comfort, but you cannot choose both." - Brené Brown

Growth rarely happens when we stay comfortable. Choosing courage means being willing to step into uncertainty, try something new, speak up, make a difficult choice, or take a risk even when failure is possible. Comfort may feel safe, but courage helps us discover our capabilities. As the new school year begins, we encourage our students to embrace new challenges and step forward with courage!
