A little heads-up that we have Lindsay Kay | UGC & Content Creator coming to the gym this Tuesday from 8:30โ€“10:30 AM to do some filming for our social media platforms! She will be filming the 8 am, 9 am and 9:30 am classes!

Weโ€™d love for you to join these classes and help us showcase what HYBRID is all about! The people, the energy and our amazing culture. โค๏ธ

A dozen plus people at our Friday night Hyrox every week and still !
