The truth is usually MESSY and alot UGLIER than the pretty people on Instagram pretend it to be. Much of the time, it's just plain UNPOPULAR, obscured by influencers and corporations who intentionally use lies to farm your attention. The truth doesn't usually go viral. Sadly, it's just NOT sexy.

The truth is typically UNCOMFORTABLE. I've been canceled for speaking it in the past, and only years later, did the public come to accept that they had been intentionally misled by entities they previously trusted. Knee-jerk reactions are to shoot the messenger rather than contemplate the implications such information can unveil. We have a society well-trained to accept LIES and FAKENESS disguised as "marketing." So many blatant falsehoods in the wellness industry still exist that hijack our emotions in order to SELL us a product. If it's not a product, they're SELLING your attention. I've never been popular, and I've never been viral... but I have been HONEST. And this should be enough. It should be enough for you and for me. Once we realize we are ENOUGH, we can take back our attention, take back our power, and have discernment to bring truth and honesty forward.

Terence has said it best. And before we begin, we must choose to forget what we know and open ourselves to infinite POSSIBILITIES, new forms, that both our mind and body can take.
While honoring our predispositions and where we are today, we must simultaneously hold in each hand our physical limitations but also our POTENTIAL to conquer.
The warrior spirit is a powerful tool. It is an ARCHETYPE available to every one of us, an ability humanity has, throughout history honed sharply. And it is up to YOU to use it to be STRONG. It is up to you to OVERCOME self-imposed mental barriers. To finally DEFEAT your goals.
