This Thanksgiving we at the Langley Mustangs want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who makes our organization such a special community.

We are grateful for the friendships built, the lessons learned, the challenges overcome and the memories created both on and off the track. Most of all, we are thankful for the opportunity to inspire and empower our youth through sports.

From our family to yours, we wish you a happy Thanksgiving filled with love, joy, laughter and gratitude. May this season remind us of the power of community and the importance of supporting one another.

A big thank you to our presenting sponsor Headlands Environmental for their generous support of this year's Nick Wilkes Invitational. 🙌

Highlights included Chloe Agbebaku & Sophia Zenone finishing 1-2. Chloe went on to be ranked #1 U18 in Canada with a 53.74 performance. The national championships saw a replay of the meet with the girls placing first & third. Sophia Zenone would go on to run a 55.26, ranking her 4th in the nation. 🏆🔥

Langley Mustangs welcome Coach Ainsley House to the high school program as the sprint hurdles coach. Ainsley was a standout hurdler, winning multiple gold medals in high school in the sprint hurdles, 100m, & 200m events. In 1985 she received the Inspirational Athlete Award at the BC high school championships. We are excited to have one of the most dominant hurdlers in BC history joining the coaching team this September.
