always progressing. always transforming.🦋

may be finished, but I’m not. These 75 days have taught me a lot about myself, how I can build discipline, that I can overcome self and peer sabotage. That I’m a strong willed person, that can do anything. And even if you think this challenge is silly and small, it has done so much more than I could have imagined for me.

I’m happy, actually happy with my progress and my current state, both mentally and physically. But that doesn’t mean I’m slowing down or stopping.

SW: 153.1 lbs
CW: 145.7 lbs
But who cares?!

Thank you to all my friends and family for being so supportive during these 75 days. 🤍 couldn’t have done it without you.
for bringing me treats and keeping me motivated.
Beyond grateful 🤍

Let’s see where this next 30 days takes me shall we?

get. out. of . that. comfort zone✨

Amazing views are the reward for sure.. but reaching the bottom and seeing that highway and knowing you’ve finished is such a rush.

Hardest hike I’ve done so far, thanks to for inviting me and pushing me. We traded roles today for sure! We live in such a beautiful place, can’t wait to explore more places.

I also tinkled in the woods, that was a first 😂.

just remember, you are exactly where you need to be.✨

Don’t dwell on where you think you should be in your journey. Where you are in this exact moment, is where you’re supposed to be. Be present, focused, and consistent.

what. do. you. take. for.
GRANTED?

Think about it, we take things for granted every single day, I do it, you do it. Everything in our daily life is habit, you wake up, walk to the bathroom, brush your teeth, get dressed, drive to work, etc etc.

But do we ever stop to think, wow... I’m grateful to wake up in a warm bed, be able to walk to the bathroom, afford a car, have a job to go to.... etc.

We take simple things for granted daily, and I want to challenge you and I’m going to start myself, is to be more mindful and appreciative of what you have in your life, and what you’re able to do on a daily basis.

Be grateful, and try not to take all you have for granted, because it can disappear in a second.🤍

LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

What has your personal experience been with the scale?

Back when I had my eating disorder, it wasn’t really an obsession, . My obsession was how I could control my food and the way I perceived myself in the mirror, rather than the number on the scale.

With this program I’m doing, I don’t HAVE to weigh myself at all actually. But I needed to know my current weight to figure out my caloric intake and my macros.

And to be completely honest I was a little nervous this morning to do it... and I have no idea why. I don’t really weigh myself, I track my progress through pictures, the way my clothes fit and how I feel. I do see it as just another tool to measure progress, I don’t feel we need to demonize it.

Everybody’s number is different, you gotta think of it as not just your “fat”, it also includes your bones, muscle mass, blood, organs, water etc.

If you’re unhappy with the way you look and or feel despite that number, then you have the power to change. That number might change too, but it does not define you, it’s just another tool to measure your progress.

Don’t let something like the scale hold power over you and hold you back from crushing your goals. If it upsets you that much then don’t freaking use it.... plain and simple. Use other tools to track your progress.

I’m rambling now... k love you bye!🤍

BE. CONSISTENT.🗝

I always say the key to reaching your goals is to be consistent. As long as you stay on that path you’ve laid out, you’ll get there. Sure there will ups and downs, setbacks, etc etc. No success is linear. But as long as you stay consistent, whether it’s with your nutrition, training, sleep, stress management and so on, you will succeed.

Here’s some exercises from a Superset Strength Class at . Did you know your first class is free?! If you’re local you should check it out! 💪🏻
