We run two killer strength options at the exact same time — so you and your crew can train together and still get exactly what you need.
🔵 BLUE WORKOUTS
Includes barbell strength training. Think progressive overload, hypertrophy, and real strength gains. If you want to lift heavy or learn HOW to lift and build muscle, this is your class.
đźź ORANGE WORKOUTS
High-energy bootcamp-style conditioning + core. Functional movements, metabolic fire, and total-body endurance that leaves you dripping and unstoppable.
Both classes run simultaneously — pure strength or full-body burn. You choose. No compromises. Mix them up too!
TIP: We suggest doing one orange class a week if you are always doing the blue workouts. This is especially good to do on Fridays if you join us for our intense Xfit workout on Saturday.
