✨ MEET OUR TRAINER: DANIKA ✨

Danika’s biggest passion is sharing her love of fitness and helping others discover what they’re capable of. Whether it’s motivating, educating, or inspiring, she believes that with the right guidance, anyone can learn to enjoy the journey and build confidence in the gym.
Her fitness background began at just 7 years old as a competitive swimmer with the Langley Olympians Swim Club. After years of dedication to the sport, she transitioned into strength training and experienced firsthand the challenges many people face when starting out. Through trial, error, and consistency, she found her passion in the gym and now loves helping others do the same.
Danika specializes in:

🌟 Helping Beginners Feel Comfortable & Confident in the Gym

Meet Kim 👋
Kim is our Group Fitness Supervisor and has been part of our gym family for about 4 years! She keeps our group fitness department running smoothly while bringing the energy to every class she teaches 💪

🧘 Core & Stretch — Wednesdays at 9:15AM
Plus, she’s always stepping in for coverage whenever needed!
